When Controltec staff are onsite providing training, attending meetings or are giving a sales presentation, they like to take the opportunity to visit with other agencies in the area using our products. These impromptu visits allow us to provide one-on-one assistance to agency staff and attend Q & A sessions; all in the spirit of good old fashion customer service.
