Controltec offers online trainings to clients through the use of Webinars.   As a participant you can register for trainings that relate to your job functions.  Our goal is to have you leave each training well informed and ready to use new skills that will make your job easier.

Our trainings are provided by Training and Client Service Specialists on a regular basis.  The trainings are free and can be attended right from your workstation; all you need is a computer with Internet access and a telephone, and you can participate with other users that may share your same system responsibilities.

A Note on Telephone Costs 

Controltec’s regular online training sessions are free; our entire user community is invited to join.  The only costs your agency may incur are long-distance charges.  We strongly suggest that you check your long-distance calling plan before participating in a webinar to avoid any unforeseen charges.
